Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about setting up and operating your voice prompter.

Will the sensor trigger falsely from shadows or sunlight?

Infrared sensors react to movement and heat signatures; placing the unit away from direct, high-fluctuation heat sources helps maintain accuracy. Performance depends on clear line-of-sight for the infrared sensor.

Is the speaker loud enough for a noisy room?

It features an integrated audio speaker designed for standard indoor room sizes like retail counters, offices, and hallways.

How do I add my own audio?

The device functions as an MP3 audio player allowing custom audio loading based on the selected variant.

What is the difference between power variants?

Note that power source depends on selecting the correct variant between the battery version and the charging model.

How do I maintain the device?

Keep the infrared sensor window free of dust or obstructions and wipe the plastic exterior occasionally with a dry cloth.

Can I use this device outdoors?

It is designed strictly for indoor applications in offices, hotels, and homes.
